Sorry I've been out of it for a while. My computer had to go in for repairs, but that was actually a while ago. It's back and fine now. (JIC I told someone it was gone and forgot to mention its return from the dead.)

I have been going a bit crazy lately, not the least because of my attempts at bigbang fic. :P I have so many plot bunnies nipping at me it's not even funny anymore. >.< I'm not sure if once I finish (or fail) the fic I'm working on I'll go and write chapters and chapters and chapters of Heiji/Shin and Beyblade and Toriko fic, or just completely run dead on words....

The 14th Detective Conan movie was awesome, BTW. (This marks the first time I have ever wanted to write Shinichi/Kaito. >.< It is definitely not the first time I've wanted to see Kaito/Ran, I just want it MORE now. Someday when I have unlimited time I shall write Kaito with everyone. Yes. EVERYONE. Or at least everyone I can catch. *chases Makoto with net*)

Also, lest you think I am off doing serious and productive things, here's a quick outline of what I've been up to: First I finally watched Summer Wars after about two months of slr2moons telling me it is so good, I must watch it. She was right. It is so good, you must watch it too. :D

slr2moons was sad because she couldn't find Kenji/Kazuma stuff, which I didn't really want to write, so I went looking for other things (then I sat down and wrote a 7-page fic for them for no reason but that is beside the point). And I found a couple hundred doujinshi for them. (And this super-cute fan animated video.)

Of course I am still me. I must look through ALL the doujinshi. And I found one so pretty I actually really want it. So I go "OMG I must check out what else the artist has done their art is so shiny!"

Check out artist, find their other stuff is all for "Hokenshitsu no Shinigami." Oh, what is this? It looks interesting. *reads first few chapters*

*instantly hooked*

*reads 40+ chapters all in one day and forgets to eat and has to go to work with a headache because of not eating*

*regrets nothing*

Whyyyy is there not more fic for this? I think I'll go look for doujinshi. OH! These are so pretty! I wonder what else this author has done. Now this series looks interesting, what is this?

In my defense, Hokenshitsu no Shinigami is really, really good. Nice art, interesting characters, and I believe it may be the first shounen manga I've ever read where I love the main character best. <3 (I should attempt an actual coherent what-is-it-about review at some point.) And it's not like I'm off writing fic for it instead of dealing with my other bunnies. Really. I promise as of writing this entry I am not neglecting my established bunnies to write fic for this series!
